CHAP 7th Meeting was held on 11 May 2026. The meeting began with Tilawat-e-Qur’an-e-Karim by Mr. Khawar Idrees.

During the meeting, the following matters were discussed:

1. ICCI Executive Members Nomination
   Discussion was held regarding ICCI Executive Members’ nominations, and it was decided that the final decision will be made on 22 May 2026.
2. Fundraising Options
   Fundraising options were discussed. Mr. Younis will start working on contacting multinational companies and distributors in the coming days.
3. CHAP Website Matters
   Mr. Umer Farooq explained in detail the proposed advertisement slots on the CHAP website and the future working strategy regarding advertisements on the CHAP website.
4. New Year Membership
   Mr. Ch. Muhammad Javed Iqbal shared details regarding membership renewal. It was noted that 16 Directors have not yet renewed their membership, which is now very important. The respected Chairman also urged members to work toward completing the target of 300 memberships at the earliest.
5. Committee Working Review
   The respected Chairman urged all committee conveners to work actively for the growth of CHAP. He especially asked Mr. Abrar-ul-Haque to start working on his committee responsibilities.
6. Online Meeting with Turkish Group
   It was discussed that Mr. Arshad Bukhari will conduct an online meeting with a Turkish group on 12 May 2026.
